Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BEP, CAP or vocational bac in electronics, electrical work or building trades
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of electrical work and other building trades.
- Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams.
- Sense of responsibility, organisation and rigour.
- High availability, with sometimes irregular or shifted hours.
- Driving licence category B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website. The application includes a CV and a cover letter, sent to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
