2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Contract for one year, renewable. Changes possible if both sides agree.
- No remote work.
- Hours may change and work follows the seasons.
- Contract can last up to three years, renewable up to six years in total.
