Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired without a competitive exam, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C (adjoint technique).

The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Be very available, with irregular working hours.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Follow health and safety rules at work.
- Cope with physically demanding work (lifting, noise, standing for long periods).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
