Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety rules.
- Able to use equipment and machines safely.
- Organise own working time according to priorities.
- Able to work alone and report regularly to managers.
- Public service mindset, rigour and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job, with hours adapted to the season.
- Driving licence B and CACES certificate required.
- Remote work not possible.
- Wearing personal protective equipment is mandatory; occasional work at height.
