Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Particularly suitable diplomas: DEAES, DEAVS, Bac Pro SAPAT or Bac Pro Services aux personnes et aux territoires.
Experience: Beginners accepted. Experience with older people or home help is an asset.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Day and night work, one weekend in two, public holidays included.
- Working time: 30 hours per week, or 1,377 hours per year.
- Remote work not possible.
- Short-term absences are covered by the team.
