Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone or in a team.
- Willing to travel to work sites.
- Able to cope with noise, heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Works with elected officials, staff and the public.
- Heavy goods vehicle licence and electrical authorisation preferred.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website or send your CV and cover letter by email or by post to the town hall. For questions, contact the general services director.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Remote work not possible.
