Open to civil servants (permanent staff) and contract workers. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C (adjoint technique).

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- High availability and irregular or shifted working hours.
- Constant travel between work sites.
- Able to cope with physical strain: lifting loads, noise, standing for long periods.
- Follow safety rules for yourself and for residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
