Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded. The grade is an entry-level category C grade, so direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team
- Very available, with hours that can be irregular or shifted
- Constant travel between work sites
- Follows health, safety and user safety rules
- Physically demanding job: lifting loads, standing for long periods, noise, dangerous machines
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply using the « Postuler sur le site employeur » button on the offer on Choisir le Service Public. The application must include a CV and a cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
