Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Driving licence category B required.
- Knowledge of gardening and green space maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use motorised equipment safely.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
- Good physical fitness and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 31 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall before the deadline.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence category B required.
- Remote work not possible.
- Category C post.
