Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade is category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone or in a small team.
- Very flexible, with variable or shifted hours.
- Constant travel between work sites.
- Able to cope with physically hard work: lifting loads, noise, standing for long periods.
- Frequent contact with elected officials, residents and suppliers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
