Civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very available.
- Accept irregular or shifted hours.
- Good relations with all staff and, if needed, management.
- Direct and constant contact with residents.
- Serious, professional and reliable.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Night hours from 8 pm to 9 am, and two weekends per month from 11 am to 8 pm.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Category C post, adjoint technique grade.
