1 Check the conditions You are here
Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade (adjoint technique, category C) allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Be able to spot faults and damage and report them to your manager.
- Be able to use specific equipment, which can be dangerous.
- Be able to drive a tractor, including in winter.
- Be available, punctual, rigorous, and a good team player.
- Respect the annual work schedules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: October 31 (Closes tomorrow)
Apply on the employer's website or send your cover letter and CV to the Yzeron town hall, for the attention of the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position vacant from 1 November 2026.
- Tractor driving is required, including in winter.
- Lunch on site is possible.
