Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the grades of adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd class and 1st class. A person without a civil service competition can be hired.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very available, with irregular hours depending on the service.
- Able to work independently and plan and prioritise tasks.
- Able to handle contacts with elected officials, residents and suppliers.
- Follows health, workplace safety and public safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Physically demanding work: noise, lifting loads, dangerous products, standing for long periods.
- Strong seasonal peaks and constant travel between work sites.
- Presence expected at events such as the Oschterputz.
- Remote work is not possible.
