Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Technical CAP wanted, not required
Experience: Proven experience wanted
The profile they look for:
- Versatility, independence, rigour and good organisation.
- Proven experience in technical work or building maintenance is a plus.
- A technical CAP is wanted (building, green spaces or equivalent).
- Driving licence B and EB (heavy vehicles) is a plus.
- Follows health and safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
