The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team
- Be highly available
- Accept irregular and shifted working hours
- Be multi-skilled, which is mandatory
- Hold the CACES R482 category 8 certificate (preferred)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Physically demanding job: noise, heavy lifting, dangerous products
- Driving licences B, C, C1 and C1E preferred
- No remote work possible
- Strong seasonal peaks linked to the weather
