Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C. Open grades: technical assistant, principal technical assistant 2nd class and 1st class.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
