Civil servants and contract agents can apply. You do not need to have passed a competitive exam, because the entry grade of category C allows direct hiring.
Category: Category C (staff)

- Drive vehicles and machines, including a lift platform

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
