Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Be very available.
- Accept irregular or split working hours.
- Follow health and safety rules at work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 1 (Closes in 31 days)
Apply on the employer's site from the offer, or send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor at the La Houssoye town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Physical job: noise, carrying loads, dangerous equipment, polluting products.
- Irregular hours and strong seasonal peaks depending on the weather.
- Adapted work clothing must be worn.
