Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Able to do masonry, painting, locksmith, welding and electrical work
- High availability
- Travel regularly to work sites
- Wear suitable work clothing
- Work with staff, department heads, elected officials and management
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
