Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, at the Adjoint technique grade.

- Able to work alone.
- High availability.
- Accept irregular or shifted working hours.
- Cope with strong seasonality and peaks linked to weather.
- Able to work with elected officials, staff and the town hall secretary.
- Direct and constant contact with the public.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
