Open to civil servants and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know the basic hygiene rules for public buildings.
- Know how to use equipment and cleaning products.
- Be independent, efficient, conscientious and rigorous.
- Have good people skills and a sense of public service.
- Be very available, with sometimes irregular or split hours.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
