Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. No competitive exam is needed because an entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring. Grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class.

- Travel constantly between work sites
- Cope with physically hard work: noise, lifting, standing for long periods
- Have frequent contact with elected officials, staff and residents
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
