Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very available, with constant travel between sites.
- Accept irregular or split hours, with strong seasonal peaks.
- Cope with hard work: noise, lifting loads, dangerous products.
- Wear suitable work clothing.
- Able to deal with elected members, residents and suppliers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
