Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A competitive exam is not required, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone or in a small team.
- Very available, with irregular and shifted hours.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Apply health and safety rules at work.
- Cope with physically hard work: noise, carrying loads, dangerous products.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
