Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The grade is Adjoint technique, an entry-level category C grade, so direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
