The profile they look for:
- Ability to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- High availability and acceptance of irregular hours.
- Apply health and safety rules at work.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Cope with demanding conditions: noise, heavy loads, dangerous equipment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
