Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Expert level requested

- Wide range of building trade skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Skill with tools, machines and personal protective equipment
- Public service mindset and good contact with residents
- Independence, rigour and teamwork
- Driving licence required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
