Open only to contract agents. Civil servants cannot be hired, because the job replaces an absent employee (article L332-13 of the general civil service code).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Category C driving licence required, category B preferred.
- Good quality of work, responsiveness and availability.
- Able to work in a team or sometimes alone.
- Knowledge of specific equipment operation.
- Follows workplace safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Replacement of an absent employee, 12-month fixed-term contract.
- On-call duty during winter.
- Category C licence required, category B preferred.
- Category C post, no management role and no remote work.
