Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team
- Travel often between work sites
- Follow health and safety rules at work
- Comfortable dealing with councillors, staff and residents
- Adapt to strong seasonal peaks and irregular hours
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
