Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Be very available, with irregular working hours.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Accept strong seasonal changes and peaks linked to weather.
- Follow health, workplace safety and user safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, with your cover letter and CV.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required.
- Assets: AIPR, CACES nacelle, electrical authorisation, tractor driving, mowing, heavy goods licence.
- Remote work not possible.
- Job exposed to hard working conditions: noise, lifting loads, dangerous products.
