Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Travel all the time between work sites.
- Be in frequent contact with elected officials.
- Work with the commune's staff and the town hall secretary.
- Be in direct and constant contact with residents and associations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 22 days)
Send your cover letter and CV to the Orsennes town hall. The apply button on the offer goes to the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
