Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry-level Category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know how equipment and appliances work and how to use them.
- Organise your work methodically, following the schedule and instructions.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures well.
- Know hygiene and safety rules.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer. You can also send your application by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
