Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very available, with hours that can be irregular.
- Able to cope with physical, exposed work: noise, heavy loads, dangerous products.
- Apply health and safety rules at work.
- Willing to travel constantly between sites.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
