Open to civil servants and contract staff. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone or in a small team
- Available, with irregular or shifted hours
- Able to drive a tractor under 3.5 tonnes
- Electrical safety authorisations required
- Apply health and safety rules at work
- Accept physical strain: lifting, noise, dangerous products
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 16 (Closes in 17 days)
Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall, addressed to the mayor, by email. The offer is on the Choisir le Service Public website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
