Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Be very available, with sometimes irregular hours.
- Apply health and safety rules at work.
- Accept seasonal work and physically demanding tasks.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
