Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade (adjoint technique).

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone or in a small team.
- High availability.
- Accept irregular and split working hours.
- Cope with physical demands: lifting loads, noise, standing for long periods.
- Good contact skills with elected officials and residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
