Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Frequent contact with elected officials
- Good relations with all municipal staff
- Direct and constant contact with residents
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply on the employer's website from the offer on Choisir le Service Public. A CV and a cover letter are required.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
