Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible for the adjoint technique grade.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very available, with irregular or split hours possible.
- Good listening skills, discretion and rigour.
- Works on their own, reacts quickly and takes initiative.
- Follows hygiene and safety rules during replacement duties.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Split shifts, with breaks in activity during the morning.
- Constant travel between work sites.
- Remote work is not possible.
