Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A candidate who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also be hired on a contract basis.

- Willing to travel constantly between sites
- Willing to be on call one weekend per month
- Comfortable working with elected officials, staff and contractors
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
