Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Very flexible, with irregular hours possible.
- Frequent travel between work sites.
- Wears suitable work clothing.
- Frequent contact with councillors, residents and suppliers.
- Physically demanding: lifting loads, standing, noise, dangerous products.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
