Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the adjoint technique and agent de maîtrise grades. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or professional bac in the construction sector
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or professional bac in construction, and/or experience in building maintenance.
- Versatility and autonomy in organising your work.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Heavy goods vehicle licence and BE licence are a plus.
- Electrical authorisation and CACES certificates are a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
