Permanent civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade (category C) is an entry grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- High availability
- Accept split working hours based on service needs
- Frequent contact with elected officials, teaching staff and families
- Apply user safety rules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: October 30 (Closes today)
Apply through the employer's website linked from the official offer. Application documents must be sent by email to the President of the SIVOS.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time post, less than 50% of working time
- Works 4 days per school week
- Evening hours at the end of the day
