Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired directly, without a competitive exam, because the post is in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Be very available, with irregular or split working hours.
- Heavy goods vehicle (PL) licence required.
- Cope with strong seasonal peaks and physically demanding work.
- Have frequent contact with elected officials, residents and suppliers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
