Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Work alone and independently
- Be very available
- Be in frequent contact with elected officials and residents
- Travel constantly between work sites
- Work with staff, the town secretary and external suppliers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 31 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked in the offer. Applications can also be sent by post to the town hall, for the attention of the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
