Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the Adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Able to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Wear suitable work clothes.
- Cope with physically demanding work, including long periods standing.
- Comfortable working with elected officials, staff and pupils.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- An interview is planned with the president and vice-president of the syndicate.
- Part-time post, with a working time share below 50%.
- Remote work is not possible.
