Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade (adjoint technique, category C) allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Vocational baccalauréat or bac+2 in a technical field: electrical, electrotechnical or mechanical.
Experience: 5 years in a similar job (experienced level).
The profile they look for:

- 5 years of experience in a similar job.
- Able to use computer tools for planning and stock management.
- High availability, with hours that can be irregular or shifted.
- Works alone, sometimes in a small team, with frequent contact with elected officials and residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Hours can be irregular and the work is seasonal.
