Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The job is open for the grades of adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd class and adjoint technique principal 1st class. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of eco-friendly building maintenance rules.
- Knowledge of public building safety rules (ERP) and health standards.
- Second-fix building skills and plan reading.
- Driving skills for machines and vehicles, with required licences.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
