Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly for this category C grade.

Experience: Experienced.
The profile they look for:
- Work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Be very available, with sometimes irregular or shifted hours.
- Have frequent contact with elected officials, staff and residents.
- Wear suitable work clothing.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
