Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Know and follow hygiene rules.
- Be rigorous and able to work on your own.
- Have good people skills and be able to work in a team.
- Be organised and have a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You can also write to the town hall by post or by email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Meal vouchers worth 8 euros, with 50% paid by the employer.
- The employer contributes to the health insurance and provident insurance.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Category C post, adjoint technique grades.
