Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied. No competitive exam is needed for this entry grade.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
